Immigration & International Mobility
Legal and procedural assistance with immigration matters.
Work, business, study, visit and family routes, documentation and compliance, and understanding a refusal — for individuals, professionals, families and businesses.
Immigration decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authority. We provide legal advice, documentation and application support — we do not promise, guarantee or predict any visa or immigration outcome.
Immigration work sits alongside the firm's litigation and corporate practice rather than apart from it. Much of what determines an application is documentary and evidential: whether the paperwork establishes what it needs to establish, and whether it is internally consistent.
That is legal work, and it is where assistance makes a difference. What follows is an honest account of what we do and, equally, what nobody can do.

How an immigration matter runs
01
Assessment
What you are trying to achieve, which routes are realistically open, and what the evidential requirements actually are.
02
Documentation
Assembling and checking the documents, including attestation, translation and the consistency of records across NADRA, education and employment history.
03
Application support
Preparing the application and supporting representations so the case is presented completely rather than in fragments.
04
Compliance
Conditions attached to a status, and the obligations that continue after a decision.
05
After a refusal
Understanding the reasons given, whether they are answerable, and what options genuinely remain.

Frequently asked
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and neither can anyone else. Immigration decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authority. We provide legal advice, documentation and application support. Any adviser promising an outcome is telling you something they cannot deliver.
I was refused before. Does that end it?
Not necessarily. The first step is understanding precisely why the application was refused, because a refusal on documentary grounds is a different problem from one going to eligibility. A previous refusal must be disclosed where required.
Do you handle applications for every country?
We advise on the legal and documentary aspects within our competence, and are straightforward about where a matter requires foreign counsel qualified in the destination jurisdiction. Where that is the case we say so rather than proceeding regardless.
What documents should I not send at first contact?
Do not send ID card numbers, passport scans or financial details until we have confirmed there is no conflict of interest and told you it is appropriate. An initial description of your situation is enough to begin.
Consultation
Tell us what has happened.
A short account is enough to begin. We will tell you honestly whether you have a matter worth pursuing.
