The Passeport Talent route covers a range of skilled categories including qualified employees, researchers and business creators, generally offering a multi-year residence permit rather than requiring annual renewal.
A standard work visa tied to a specific employer and role remains available outside the Talent Passport categories, generally requiring a work authorisation obtained by the employer.
